UML Sequence Diagram support as outline editor and graphics builder (for OS X 10.7 and later). See also Inspector section with parameters. You can change visual properties of diagram as usual and they will be kept after re-build. Outline editor supports drag and drop to change order of messages and timelines.

you can use “diagrammix://” prefix in the links in shapes to open your documents by clicking a link. Add absolute path to target document after prefix (example: diagrammix:///Users/Me/Desktop/Test.drawing);
